Each bedroom at Te Puke Country Lodge is well appointed with own bathroom, toilet, shower, vanity and kitchenette. Care has been taken with non slip flooring, safety handrails and seating. All rooms have wheelchair access and are installed with automatic sprinkler systems.

Residents are welcome to enhance their own rooms with precious possessions, furniture, paintings, etc. At Te Puke Country Lodge we encourage this as it strengthens our Residents' sense of security and belonging.

Residents are nursed with care and dignity in the privacy of their own room, with special care available for the terminally ill.

All rooms are centrally heated for our Residents' comfort and we provide a full laundry service.

Tariffs

• Self contained independent Units

Ranging in cost from $100,000.00 for the smaller Units to $295,000.00 for the larger 2 bedroom Units. The weekly fee for Units is $95 per week. We have a Unit Nurse to oversee care and assist you as required and a 24 hour nurse call service. The Units are set in park like surroundings and we take care of gardens and lawns. Most Units have a garage with internal access and automatic door openers.

• Apartments

Our Apartments start at $90,000. The weekly fee for Apartments is up to $185 per week with care available to suit your needs.

• Studio Units

Priced from $90,000 for 1 bedroom to $100,000 for 2 bedroom Studio Unit. The weekly service fee is $780.64 per week, less consideration given on the purchase price of the Studio Unit. Studio Units attract a surcharge of up to $80 a week. This service fee provides for all meals, housekeeping, laundry, personalised nursing care, Diversional Therapy, transport for appointments and organised outings. Residents are encouraged to furnish the Studio Unit with their own personal belongings.

• Rest Home Rooms

Cost of Rest Home room is $780.64 per week - a subsidy is available if criteria is meet. Rest Home rooms attract a surcharge of up to $50 a week. Cost includes 24 hour nursing care, meals, laundry, Diversional Therapy, transport for appointments and organised outings. Residents are encouraged to furnish their room with their own personal belongings.

• Hospital Rooms

Cost of a Hospital room is $780.64 per week, a subsidy is available if criteria is meet. Hospital rooms attract a surcharge of up to $50 a week Cost includes full personalised nursing care, meals, laundry, Diversional Therapy, transport for appointments and organised outings. Residents are encouraged to furnish the room with their own personal belongings.

Units & Grounds

Te Puke Country Lodge offers a range of private self-contained and Studio Units which are available for occupation right agreement.. There are design options with kitchen, lounge, laundry, bathroom. All Units and grounds are fully serviced.

An emergency bell system is installed for your total security and peace of mind.

Meals can be prepared in the Units, although the options of meals in the dining room is available. Unit Residents may make full use of all the recreational facilities and be part of the sense of community at Te Puke Country Lodge.

Garaging for cars is available with most Units. All Units are centrally heated for your comfort.

As most Unit Residents have individual tastes and ideas, we are open and flexible to ensure our Unit Residents feel right at home at Te Puke Country Lodge.
